Many professionals have the ability but not the visibility. Many organisations want to engage African markets or communities but do not know where to begin. Many universities want to recruit and support international students more effectively, but need deeper cultural insight and trusted community links.
MMI Connect was created to help close those gaps.
Our Story
MMI Connect grew out of years of work at the intersection of media, public communication and African community engagement.
Through MMI News and wider media work, we have seen the same pattern again and again: there is enormous value within African and diaspora communities, but too much of it remains disconnected.
Professionals are building careers without the public profile they need. Businesses want to expand but lack trusted pathways. Universities recruit international students but often need stronger engagement before and after admission. African organisations want UK visibility but struggle to reach the right audiences.
MMI Connect was created to respond to that gap.
